Each one is made by hand and stamped with my maker's mark "Naz" to certify quality and originality that you simply can not get from a machine...

I love the mix of iron and copper's natural colors, this useful, fun item puts a lot of value on both of those materials.

After cleaning, I clear coat the steak flipper/bottle opener for protection and to keep the raw iron look... (I leave about 2" untreated on the flipper side, which is then dipped in cooking oil so you can use it with your meat, re-oiling the flipper side from time to time is recommended).
