Approximately 19" long, the dragon's back has grooves which decorates and adds grip to the handle...

After cleaning, I clear coat the steak flipper for protection and to keep the raw iron look... (I leave about 2" untreated on the flipper side, which is then dipped in cooking oil so you can use it with your meat, re-oiling the flipper side from time to time is recommended).

This item is made strong to last long !
